OnLine analysis tool based on ISA-95 available

We provided the central server to which 11 operator stations are connected through touch screens. Most important functions are scheduling on plant level based on customer orders from their ERP-level and a complete traceability of all material flows within their manufacturing facility.

Lear Corporation Belgium - Genk (Belgium)

Our application runs on a central Microsoft Windows server in combination with Microsoft SQL-server. From 12 touchscreens the operators are capable to perform attributive tests on produced car seats for Ford and classify them. Errors are communicated to their repair department and a repair log is recorded in Easy95. The system receives customer orders from AS/400 and communicates with Siemens PLC's.
